Junior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI/ML team at XIT Company. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to build and deploy machine learning models that power our innovative products. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models for production systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on model optimization and deployment.
• Write clean, well-documented code for ML pipelines.
• Apply best practices in ML engineering and MLOps.
• Contribute to team discussions on model architecture and approach.
• Support A/B testing and model performance monitoring.

What We're Looking For

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in machine learning or related roles.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience through projects, internships, or coursework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
